Without a doubt, Victoria Justice’s costume for the 2021 CarnEvil Halloween party held in Bel Air, Los Angeles, made us all frightened. The party has attended by many celebrities, including model Alessandra Ambrosio and many more, who were all in scary costumes. The actress/singer dressed in a seductive and modern interpretation of a skeleton costume attended the haunted holiday event. When she arrived at the party, she had skeletal makeup, a white base, black lips, and so on. She wore a bowler hat, a mesh corset, a black leather miniskirt, a cropped blazer, fishnets, and knee-high black boots. In general, she looked scary and highly stylish at the same time.
