Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard Eat in Griffith Park After Exercising

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard stopped to eat some take-out food at Griffith Park in Los Feliz. The beautiful actress was dressed sporty while her husband Dax was casually dressed. The Veronica Mars star wore a green sports bra top and matching leggings paired with black sneakers. She tied her blonde hair in a small bun as she set out their food on a wooden table in the park.

The Huntington Woods-born actress was completely makeup-free, showing off her natural beauty. Before their little picnic, the couple jogged together. According to multiple sources, Kristen and Dax exercising like this every day for the past two years. The pair never leaves each other’s side regarding keeping fit.

Kristen told InStyle a few years ago that she doesn’t wear much makeup because she hates feeling that she’s not real. The blonde beauty also added that being in front of the camera means she doesn’t know who she is and decided to stop using makeup when not on set. She said, “It’s so hard to be happy when you’re watching your flaws on camera all the time, so I started wearing less makeup. I also started doing yoga and taking care of myself.” The Good Place star also confessed that she and Dax run more than 20 miles daily and drink kale smoothies.
