In one shot, Aniston takes it easy while seated on a mat to make some yoga moves. She has photographed stretching while wearing a green sports bra and leggings. On Nov. 18, Jennifer announced her partnership with Vital Proteins via Instagram. The Just Go With It star shared a stunning, makeup-free photo of herself holding a giant basket of products from the brand. Actress also revealed her exact involvement with the company in a lengthy caption, which also explained why she is so passionate about Vital Proteins.

“I am so excited to announce that I am joining Vital Proteins as the Chief Creative Officer,” Aniston wrote. “A few years ago, I started using Vital Proteins regularly… so when the chance presented itself to be a part of the brand in a bigger way, I jumped on it. I have always been a promoter of finding wellness from the inside out. Also, I am so happy to share the importance of collagen. #StayVital.” Jen also promised that more information would be coming “soon.”

Last year, Jennifer Aniston opened up about the diet and fitness methods to stay in form. She explained that she relies on “intermittent fasting,” which means she doesn’t breakfast. The actress also stated she likes to start her mornings with meditation and a workout to get the day going.
