Megan was dressed in a red satin corset dress that showed off her slim waist and the flowing skirt trailed behind her as she entered the venue. Her black hair was styled in glamorous waves and she was wearing a unique neon pink bracelet.
Machine Gun Kelly, who proposed to Megan last January, was dressed in a fitted black suit over a bedazzled turtleneck top and completed his look with black leather creepers decorated with silver studs. He had bleached blond hair that was styled with the top spiked up and the sides hanging down. The couple appeared to be deeply in love as they arrived at the star-studded event.
