Halsey looked breathtaking as she stepped out from her ride in a summerly knee-length colorful floral print dress and headed to her hotel in New York City. Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, better known as Halsey, put her fantastic figure in a chic dress that showed her artistic tattoos and deep cleavage. Her dress also had thin criss-cross straps in the back that showed the singer’s toned back. The “Without Me” singer wore her curly and wild blonde hair tied into a large high bun, left numerous strands to frame her beautiful face, and added chic purple sunglasses. Halsey had a small amount of makeup, but she highlighted her eyes with red eyeliner and her lips with a most vivid shade of red matching her manicure. She finished her look with knee-high black leather Larroude Lara combat boots and a few chunky rings.
